Using evidence-based treatments, I provide a space that is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally sensitive. I typically take an eclectic approach to therapy blending modalities primarily including CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Psychoeducation, Psychodynamic, and Positive Psychology.

All sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, making it easy to prioritize your mental health from the comfort of your own space. I only conduct individual sessions with adults residing in the state of New York at this time.
